TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
That last detail is relevant. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.
The Software
Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Both platforms from a single account. Many only give you one or the other. Getting both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after using both.
FIX API is offered for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is said to be in the works. That will round things out when it arrives.
Costs
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade requires zero deposit.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.
Execution Speed
The execution is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at a much wider range.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.
Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Few brokers in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.
The FSRA Question
Now, the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not make it safe. It should be part of your decision.
The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal is worth it is your call.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before funding.
